Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your Account is fully verified and you have met any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of bejo69 and may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Players who have made at least one successful deposit. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise specified. Any unused bonus balance and pending wagering requirements will be removed upon expiration.
All games on bejo69 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by the Operator or Players. We partner only with licensed game providers whose RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on official results. In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. Bets on abandoned or cancelled matches are typically voided and stakes returned, except where settlement has already been determined. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect odds display, bejo69 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Any winnings resulting from errors are not valid and will be removed from your Account. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party software failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, Player VIP level, and market conditions. bejo69 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and wagering requirement completion. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
